Evan Weber received his Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Windsor and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School in 2009. Evan was called to the Bar in 2010 following the completion of his articles with the prominent Windsor, Ontario law firm of Ducharme Fox. He was mentored by the highly respected and internationally recognized criminal defence lawyer, Patrick Ducharme.

In 2018, Patrick and Evan partnered to form the criminal law firm of Ducharme Weber LLP. Evan formed his own practice of Weber Criminal Defence in July 2023 following Patrick’s retirement from private practice.

Evan Weber is an experienced trial lawyer, appearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Evan regularly represents clients in courts in Windsor, Chatham, and Sarnia, and has also appeared in other communities such as Brampton, Brantford, Cornwall, Goderich, London, Owen Sound, Stratford, and Toronto.
